Hey, I'm Annalise! I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. I am a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (PN-1), and Wilderness and Remote First Aid Certified through Red Cross.
I have been a competitive powerlifter and strongwoman, and continue to be an avid enthusiast of aerial arts, paddleboarding, rock climbing, cycling and hiking. My experience in coaching individuals from ages 18-85, as well as my own personal experience has taught me so much, but most importantly: the strongest and most sustainable wellness plan is the one that is built for you BY you.
